How does the 14-day trial work?

Every new account starts with 14 days of GovEtract trial access. No card is required to start. The trial includes live SAM.gov sync, PDF export, submission package builder, and 2 team seats.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. New workspaces can choose a plan from pricing, and active subscriptions can change plans in the Stripe billing portal.

What counts as a proposal?

Each opportunity response you create and manage in GovEtract counts as one proposal.

Can I export proposals to Word and Excel?

Yes. Proposals export to Microsoft Word (.docx) and the compliance matrix exports to Excel (.xlsx), alongside PDF, so you can finish, review, and submit in the tools your team already uses.

Do you cover opportunities beyond SAM.gov?

GovEtract syncs federal opportunities from SAM.gov and can also pull state, local, and education (SLED) opportunities from configured open-data feeds, so you see more of the work you're eligible for in one place.

Is SAM.gov registration included?

SAM.gov registration is free and handled directly on SAM.gov — GovEtract does not charge for it. We guide you through the steps with a compliance checklist, and eligible Enterprise accounts get a voice registration guide.
