Govetract covers the federal sales cycle for small businesses: finding the right opportunities, deciding what to bid, drafting and checking proposals you export and submit yourself, and keeping the contracts you win on track.
Govetract regularly pulls contract opportunities from SAM.gov and matches them against your catalog, NAICS and PSC codes, set-aside eligibility, and past pursuits. Every match is scored so your feed opens with the opportunities most worth your morning — not five hundred rows of noise.
For each promising opportunity, a structured bid/no-bid review captures the honest questions — can we perform, can we win, is it worth the effort — and a decision. Pursuits move through a pipeline with owners, dates, and status, so nothing slips past a deadline unnoticed.
Upload the solicitation package and Govetract parses it: solicitation type, due dates, CLIN structure, Section L instructions, Section M evaluation factors, and amendment tracking. The requirements become a checklist instead of a 90-page PDF you re-read at midnight.
The drafting workspace generates first drafts for six core proposal sections plus price narratives, grounded in the parsed RFP and your company profile — capabilities, past performance, certifications, and catalog. You edit and approve; the AI does the blank-page work.
Before you submit, Govetract checks the draft against the solicitation's instructions — required volumes, forms, acknowledgments, and formatting — and flags anything missing. When it passes, export the proposal to Word and the compliance matrix to Excel, then submit through the agency's own portal or email as the solicitation directs. Govetract never submits on your behalf. Compliance is where new bidders get eliminated; here it is a gate, not an afterthought.
